Field Clean Up is Saturday, February 1st. Please arrive at 9:00am.

Bring rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, hedge and tree trimmers, electrical cords, hammers, nails, blowers, vacuums (that you don’t mind getting dirty) paint brushes, brooms, mops, cleaning supplies, etc.
We had two people volunteer to bring paint sprayers, please bring those as we will be utilizing those to repaint the outfield fence on inside and outside.
Please check in upon arrival with Matt Mantooth or John Pegram for where you will most needed. If you cant find them, or are unsure who they are, please find any Board Member that can direct you to them.
Also, remember that Player Dues of at least $400 are due on 2-1-2020. Please make sure you turn that into a Board Member as well. If you have questions on Sponsorships, please feel free to reach out to Michelle Rose for any questions, information on how to reach her in the packet of information received on Thursday at Parent Meeting.
We will be setting up V and JV Roster this week as well, so please watch for correspondence from your Coordinator from Varsity which is Kimberly Smith and your Coordinator from JV which is Michelle Rose. Emails and GroupMe will be set up before first games.
